This space is dedicated to teaching about, exploring, and celebrating Female-Led Relationships (FLRs). After more than 15 years of working with men and women to develop healthy, long-lasting, and fulfilling relationships based on the traditional relationship model, I realized that that model simply does not work – and it never did.

Alisa Coaches is about educating and coaching women in the ways of Female-Led Relationships (FLRs). Specifically, I teach women how to become the visionary in their relationship spaces, and then I teach those women how to lead the men in their lives. Additionally, I train and coach men to submit to the woman in their lives.

Because there are underlying issues associated with human beings in relationships, particularly those who have had some interest in BDSM and kink, I also offer an array of services to help clients get on track with their life and relationship goals. Not everyone is going to be interested in Female-Led Relationships, and that is okay. My job is to accept where the client is on his/her journey, to provide a safe place for them to do their work, and to help them to achieve their goals.

Note: My products and services have been specifically designed for biological women and biological men. Thus, participation in groups and events is restricted.

I strive to empower women to lead with confidence and grace, while helping them to foster mutual respect, communication, and fulfillment in their relationships. I strive to inspire men to submit to the Dominant woman in their lives with love and sincerity, helping those men to understand that true fulfillment in relationships comes from loving and being loved.

I envision a world where Female-Led Relationships thrive, breaking traditional gender norms and creating harmonious, supportive dynamics that celebrate the strengths and aspirations of women and their partners. Through tailored coaching and compassionate guidance, I aim to help couples build resilient, balanced, and joyful connections that redefine modern love and partnership.

I firmly believe that FLRs are the best way to save relationships and the family unit. The only other way for these goals to be accomplished would be for men to begin to communicate clearly about their issues, their fears, their human needs (not wants or demands), their vulnerabilities, and to stop thinking with their penises and making decisions based on what excites them sexually. Men have shown throughout history that they are not willing to do this. In fact the more powerful that a man becomes and the greater access that he has to financial resources, the more likely he is to abuse his power and to take advantage of the women in his life.

Therefore, if relationships are to be saved, and if the family unit is to be saved, women need to learn how to lead in romantic spaces. Here are the basic tenets of my work:

1. The female voice needs to be heard and respected,
2. Women need to have a better understanding of what is happening inside of their men – in fact, women need to understand their guy better than he understands himself,
3. Women need to understand how men are wired, sexually, and women need to understand that men are not honest about their sexual wiring and conditioning,
4. Women need to be the visionary in their relationships, and
5. Women need to learn to embrace accountability.

We need to do away with the notion that women are always justified in the things that we do, that women are somehow better than men, or that women should be worshipped…All of that is nonsense. We, as women, are not better than men. In fact, we need men just as much as they need us. This work is about helping men and women to co-exist in a more harmonious and fulfilling manner.

So, what am I saying?

It is also important to note that the way that I teach FLRs is not gimmicky. My method is not set up to have one sex take advantage of another. (We have already seen that movie and we know how it ends.) My method is designed to help men and women develop as healthy individuals so that they can come together and build a healthy relationship together.

In short, I am not a proponent of horny men coming to the FLR space because they want to manipulate their female partners into being sex slaves that they can toy with then dump when they are done using them for their own pleasure. I am also not a proponent of women coming to the FLR space so that they can manipulate men, financially – drain them, then dump them when they are doing using them all up.

This is a space for men and women who are interested in building loving, caring, long-lasting, fulfilling relationships with a partner.
